We purchased a used Mercedes Metris from Three Point Motors and the experience was absolutely pleasant, almost exclusively due to our sales rep, Ken Dinnadge. From the minute we sat down he listened closely to our needs and wants and negotiated transparently, quickly arriving at a fair deal. He then followed up on every promise, even well after we took purchase. First experience at a dealer where it didn’t feel adversarial.

I can honestly say that I never thought I would be one to set foot on a Mercedes lot. Not because I don't like Mercedes, but because Mercedes vehicles are generally out of my price range. Let me first confess that I usually hate dealing with car dealerships. I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Mercedes-Benz service department in Victoria, and I can't say enough good things about John, the service advisor. During our short trip, we encountered an issue with my sunroof that wouldn’t close. Fortunately, the service department was still open, and John went above and beyond to assist us.
