My fiance and I both bought vehicles from Rob Ablett within the last few months. His attention to detail, his customer service, and his honesty were what sold us on yet another car from Three Point. The finance manager, Brad Taylor is also exceptional. You just don't get better sales, service, or finance support than you do at Three Point!

Ken is the absolute BEST . I called in to inquire about a convertible. He arranged to meet me asap and was so attentive to my needs. He listened to what I was looking for. Not pushy or salesy. His manager David, also fantastic as was Eric and the entire team at Three Point Motors. We will definitely be back. Alright, straight to the point: never sign any deposits until you've confirmed that the car is in good condition, and that the deposit is an amount worth giving up. I purchased a non-mercedes vehicle at Three Point Motors, allegedly a trade-in vehicle. It was a Tesla. Ken was my salesperson, and although a very charismatic and great person to deal with, I wished he and his team did a better job at ensuring the vehicle was in good condition, or was more transparent. You could argue that it was an external brand vehicle, so they didn't know what to inspect for, which is fair. But the vehicle had several exterior cosmetic scratches upon my arrival from Vancouver mainland. I was told the vehicle was in good condition, but I'd say otherwise. I entrusted Ken and his team to be my eyes from afar, but they didn't give me the full details of the car. When I did bring up the scratches, the reply can be paraphrased to: "tis' but a scratch, and can be buffed out". Yes, $325 out of my own pocket that I just paid for this month. I thought I would just live with it, until yesterday when I had the job done. Car drives great, thank you for properly installing fresh tires that your mechanics deemed necessary. Other than that, make sure your technicians do not use a dirty cloth to wipe off client's new/used vehicles, and be more transparent. If I were to redo this car purchase again, I'd make them only sign for a $500 deposit. If they don't insist, I'll take the risk and ferry over to complete the deal upon personal inspection satisfaction, or I go somewhere else. Never will I sign for $5000 deposit, assuming that what they told me was true: that the car was in "great" condition. Oh, I forgot, several other issues were fixed under Tesla's warranty, which luckily was still held. One of the issues was the rear light condensation I brought up to Ken, but of course, deflection was used to make the sale. If the team isn't knowledge about specific car parts or problems, that's ok, just tell it as it is, and let the customer decide if it's worth buying the car with said problem or not -- don't dismiss it as a temporary issue, which in fact, was permanent. Ultimately, the dealership is here to make profit, as with any business. Your sales tactics to increase the probability of a sale is understandable, but sometimes is distasteful when overdone. To gain maximal satisfaction and many years of customer loyalty to come, expectations must be delicately balanced, especially for clients who are from afar and can't inspect vehicles as easily. I hope both the readers of my review, and the dealership can learn from my experience, and make business more transparent and pleasant.

I recently purchased a car from this dealership and had a great experience. I flew into Victoria and was picked up from the airport and brought to the dealership by Rob. I was on a tight timeline to get back in the ferry so they did everything they could to get me out of there as quickly as possible.
