Southlands is a quiet, semi-rural neighbourhood at the southwestern corner of Vancouver, bordered by SW Marine Drive and the North Arm of the Fraser River. It is one of Vancouver's most unique communities, with working horse farms, equestrian facilities, and large residential lots. SW Marine Drive connects directly to Granville Street and BC-99 South toward the Tsawwassen Ferry Terminal.

Driving Directions from Sounthlands to Three Point Motors

  1. Start in Southlands.
  2. Take SW Marine Drive eastbound.
  3. Continue along as SW Marine Drive turns in to West 70th.
  4. Turn right onto Oak St.
  5. Continue on Oak St as it turns into Vancouver-Blaine Hwy 99.
  6. Continue onto BC-99 South toward Tsawwassen and turn onto Hwy 17.
  7. Follow signs to Tsawwassen Ferry Terminal.
  8. Take the ferry to Swartz Bay.
  9. From Swartz Bay, Head south on BC-17 S (Pat Bay Hwy) toward Victoria.
  10. Continue on BC-17 S for approximately 20 km.
  11. BC-17 becomes Blanshard St as you enter Victoria.
  12. Turn right onto Finlayson St.
  13. Turn left onto Douglas St.
  14. Turn right onto Government St.
  15. Three Point Motors will be on your right at 2546 Government St.
